The 2nd NanoCharM European School on Ellipsometry is organized within a European FP7 Project "Multifunctional Nanomaterials Characterization Exploiting Ellipsometry and Polarimetry" – NanoCharM. Based on the main objectives of the project the school will provide an information about characterization of nanosize systems by ellipsometry and polarimetry and their different applications in industry and nanotechnology. One of the tasks will be the spreading of knowledge and education of ellipsometry. The school is intended to students, researchers and SMEs interested in how to apply ellipsometric and polarimetric techniques for investigations of nanomaterials and nanosystems.
